- 50ml blanco tequila
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 20ml agave syrup
- 2-3 slices jalapeño
- Tajín rim
Method
Muddle jalapeño slices in the shaker. Add remaining ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain into a Tajín-rimmed rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a jalapeño slice.
