- 50ml blanco tequila
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- Topo Chico (or sparkling water)
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add tequila and lime juice. Top with Topo Chico or sparkling mineral water. Stir gently. Garnish with lime wedge.
