Ingredients
- 30ml mezcal
- 22ml Aperol
- 22ml maraschino liqueur
- 22ml fresh lime juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. No garnish needed. Named after the Pink Floyd album, this cocktail balances smoky mezcal with bitter Aperol and sweet maraschino.
