50ml tsipouro (without anise)
25ml fresh lemon juice
20ml honey syrup
1 egg white
Method
Dry shake all ingredients without ice. Add ice and shake hard. Double strain into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with lemon twist and a drizzle of Greek thyme honey.
