Ingredients

  • 30ml ouzo
  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml sweet vermouth
  • orange peel

Method

Stir ouzo, Campari, and sweet vermouth with ice until well chilled. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass. Express an orange peel over the top and drop it in.
