- 50ml tsipouro (with anise)
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 20ml Greek thyme honey syrup
- 1 egg white
- lemon zest
Method
Combine tsipouro, lemon juice, honey syrup, and egg white. Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe. Garnish with grated lemon zest.
