Ingredients
- 50ml tsipouro (without anise)
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml mastiha liqueur
- soda water
Method
Shake tsipouro, lemon juice, and mastiha liqueur with ice. Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh thyme.
