Ingredients
- 50ml Old Tom or London Dry gin
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- soda water
Method
Shake gin, lemon juice, and syrup with ice. Strain into a Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with lemon wheel and cherry.
