- 60ml pisco
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 20ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 3 drops Angostura bitters
Method
Dry shake all ingredients without ice. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe. Drop Angostura bitters on the foam.
