20ml mastiha liqueur
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
soda water

Method
Shake tsipouro, mastiha liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
