- 45ml ouzo
- 80ml fresh watermelon juice
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 10ml simple syrup

Method
Blend fresh watermelon to extract juice. Shake ouzo, watermelon juice, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a small watermelon wedge. The ouzo louche creates a beautiful pink-white swirl.
