- 60ml VSOP cognac
- 1 brown sugar cube
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- splash of water
Method
Muddle sugar cube with bitters and a splash of water. Add a large ice cube. Pour cognac and stir for 30 seconds. Express an orange peel.
