- 40ml ouzo
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 20ml simple syrup
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- soda water
Method
Muddle mint with syrup and lime. Add ouzo and ice, stir. Top with soda and crushed ice. Garnish with a mint bouquet.
