Ingredients
- 30ml gin
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 10ml simple syrup
- 60ml Champagne (or sparkling wine)
Method
Shake gin, lemon juice, and syrup with ice. Strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
