Ingredients
- 50ml bourbon
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 20ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white (optional)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Method
Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake hard for 12 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Drop Angostura bitters on the foam and create a design with a cocktail pick.
