Its strategy includes avoiding “fresh” wines and the future development of wine tourism, offering visitors the opportunity to participate in the harvest and stay at the estate.
A Family Story with Roots from Germany
Ktima Florian belongs to the Schneider family, who settled in Greece in 2002 from Germany. Gerd Schneider, the father of the family, already had experience from the vineyards of Germany and decided to invest in vineyards in the Epanomi region.
Over time, the family began planting vines and creating their own winery, with son Florian now being the third-generation winemaker.
Vision for the Future
Since 2012, the winery has adopted strategies focusing on quality and aging. Today, it cultivates 75 acres of vineyards, primarily in Epanomi, and plans for the continuous development of wine tourism.
The family business operates under the guidance of Florian and his brother Felix, with the involvement of their parents, Claudia and Gerd, offering a gastronomic experience that combines tradition with modern winemaking.
