20ml fresh lime juice
15ml honey syrup
6-8 basil leaves
Method
Muddle basil with honey syrup in a shaker. Add tsipouro, lime juice, and ice. Shake hard. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a basil leaf.
