Today, as the wine director at the restaurants Asador Bastian and Andros Taverna, Kakalyos has created an impressive list of Greek wines, highlighting varieties such as Assyrtiko and Xinomavro.
Kakalyos believes that Greek wines have much to offer, both in flavor and uniqueness, and aims to introduce them to more wine lovers through his restaurants.
