50ml ouzo
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
8-10 fresh basil leaves
Method
Gently muddle basil with the syrup in a shaker. Add ouzo, lemon juice, and ice. Shake hard. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a basil sprig.
