Ingredients
- 60ml bourbon or rye whiskey
- 10ml simple syrup
- 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
- orange peel
Method
Add simple syrup and bitters to a rocks glass. Add a large ice cube. Pour whiskey and stir for 20-30 seconds. Express an orange peel over the drink and drop it in.
Garnish: Orange peel, maraschino cherry
