- 60ml bourbon
- 10ml simple syrup
- 8-10 fresh mint leaves
- crushed ice
Method
Gently muddle mint leaves with simple syrup in a julep cup. Fill with crushed ice. Pour bourbon and stir until the cup frosts on the outside. Top with more crushed ice. Garnish with a mint bouquet.
