Created at the Kuala Lumpur Hilton in 1978, the Jungle Bird is a tiki-meets-Italian cocktail. The combination of Campari with dark rum and pineapple juice sounds unusual but creates something magical

Garnish Pineapple wedge

Ingredients

  • 45ml dark rum
  • 22ml Campari
  • 45ml pineapple juice
  • 15ml fresh lime juice
  • 15ml simple syrup

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
