- 50ml whisky
- 1 tbsp honey
- 15ml fresh lemon juice
- 150ml hot water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 cloves
Method
Dissolve honey in hot water in a heat-proof glass. Add whisky, lemon juice, cinnamon stick, and cloves. Stir gently. Let steep for a minute.
Garnish: Cinnamon stick, lemon wheel, cloves
