Ingredients
- 22.5ml gin
- 22.5ml Cointreau
- 22.5ml Lillet Blanc
- 22.5ml fresh lemon juice
- dash of absinthe
- lemon twist
Method
Rinse a chilled coupe with absinthe and discard the excess. Shake gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, and lemon juice with ice. Strain into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
