60ml gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
handful fresh basil leaves
Method
Muddle basil leaves in a shaker. Add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously with ice. Double strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a basil sprig.
