Dark ‘n’ Stormy
Bermuda's national drink, and one of the only cocktails that's actually trademarked (by Goslings Rum). The dramatic visual of dark rum floating on ginger beer looks like a storm brewing in your glass.
Ingredients
- 60ml dark rum (Goslings)
- 100ml ginger beer
- 15ml fresh lime juice
Method
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add ginger beer and lime juice. Float dark rum on top by pouring slowly over the back of a spoon. Garnish with a lime wedge.
