Ingredients
- 40ml Irish whiskey
- 120ml hot brewed coffee
- 15ml brown sugar syrup
- lightly whipped cream
Method
Preheat an Irish coffee glass with hot water. Discard water, add whiskey and sugar syrup. Pour hot coffee, leaving room at the top. Float lightly whipped cream over the back of a spoon. Do not stir — drink the coffee through the cream.
