50ml blended Scotch
25ml fresh lemon juice
20ml honey-ginger syrup
7ml Islay Scotch (float)
Method
Shake blended Scotch, lemon juice, and honey-ginger syrup with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Float the Islay Scotch on top. Garnish with candied ginger.
