Vodka Sour
A clean-tasting twist on the classic sour template. The vodka lets the citrus and sweetness shine, while the optional egg white creates a luxurious silky foam. Perfect for those who find whiskey sours
Ingredients
- 50ml vodka
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 20ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white (optional)
Method
Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 10 seconds (for the foam). Add ice and shake again vigorously for 12 seconds. Double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice. Garnish with Angostura bitters drops on the foam.
