Ingredients
- 40ml tsipouro (without anise)
- 20ml mastiha liqueur
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 15ml simple syrup
- soda water
- lemon wheel
Method
Shake tsipouro, mastiha liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
