- 30ml fresh espresso (cooled)
- 150ml premium tonic water
- 10ml simple syrup (optional)

Method
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour cold tonic water. Slowly pour espresso over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect. Garnish with orange peel.
