Between the Sheets
A 1930s classic, the Between the Sheets is basically a Sidecar with rum added. The combination of cognac and rum creates an unexpectedly complex base, with Cointreau and lemon keeping everything brigh
Ingredients
- 25ml cognac
- 25ml white rum
- 25ml Cointreau
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
