- 45ml amaretto
- 22ml bourbon
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 10ml simple syrup
- 15ml egg white
- brandied cherry
Method
Combine amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a brandied cherry.
