Combine Chartreuse, pineapple juice, lime juice, and falernum in a tall glass. Fill with crushed ice. Swizzle with a bar spoon or swizzle stick until the glass frosts. Top with more crushed ice. Garnish with mint and freshly grated nutmeg.
