Ingredients
- 45ml vanilla vodka
- 15ml passion fruit liqueur
- 30ml passion fruit purée
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 10ml vanilla syrup
- Prosecco on the side
Method
Shake all ingredients (except Prosecco) with ice. Strain into a coupe. Float half a passion fruit on top. Serve with a shot of Prosecco on the side.
