- 50ml London Dry gin
- 150ml premium tonic water
- lime or lemon wedge
Method
Fill a balloon glass (copa) with ice. Pour gin over the ice. Slowly add tonic water, pouring down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation. Garnish with lime or your chosen botanicals.
Garnish: Lime wedge (or cucumber, juniper berries, herbs)
